Umang is passionate about supporting initiatives that inspire and empower individuals to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. Through innovative projects and heartfelt gestures, Umang and the BeKind team aim to create a ripple effect of kindness that touches lives far and wide. Umang is the Founder and CEO of CloudLabs Inc, IT consulting firm that provides Business Acceleration Advisory, Transformative Application Development, & Managed Services. He lives in Robbinsville with his wife and children since 2013. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, and volunteering.
Cynthia Rosen is a full time Real Estate Broker Associate, Luxury Collection Specialist licensed in New Jersey since 2001. She resides in Mercer County with her family and has enjoyed being a member of the community since 1999. Cynthia currently specializes in residential and investment real estate in Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Burlington Counties. Cynthia completed a Nonprofit Leadership and Development Graduate Certificate Program at the University of Florida in August 2022. She also has an MBA in Accounting with a Certificate in International Business from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ and a BA in Economics with Concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Being a co-founding member of Be Kind has proven to be an amazing experience and Cynthia loves to share and promote volunteerism within the community.
Tina Karkera, Secretary
Tina Karkera joined the Be Kind board in 2023. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and American University’s Washington College of Law. A lawyer by profession, she is passionate about social justice and believes strongly that the world could use more kindness. She lives in Robbinsville with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering.
Akshita is a Chartered Accountant from India, has received a Bachler’s of Commerce (B. Com.) from Mumbai University, India, and passed her CPA Exam in 2004. She has been a resident of Robbinsville NJ since August 2013 before which, she lived in Massachusetts since 2002. Akshita has worked in managerial roles in areas of finance, treasury, and accounting of corporates since the year 1999 and is currently a full-time Chief Financial Officer of CloudLabs Inc. Akshita and her husband Umang are blessed with 2 kids, Smriti (17) and Om (11). Very much a family-loving person, Akshita, also loves music, dance and cooking apart from volunteering to contribute to the community and humanity as much as possible.
